Purpose & Criteria.......
  
To assist students in pursuing vocational and occupational studies. Having an interest and desire to seek out occupational and career goals at a community college, technical college or through an accredited apprenticeship program.  Financial need may be a consideration.

Application and Selection...
  
Applicants must use the Northshore Standardized Scholarship Application.  

2006 Value... $ 1,750 
 (11 available including second year renewals).
Students enrolled at Lake Washington Technical College and who either graduated from or attended high school or presently reside in the Northshore School District are encouraged to apply.

The memorial...

  
Established by a $220,387 bequest from 
Les and Vista Anderson, longtime Bothell residents.  Les was director of maintenance and operation for the Northshore School District for many years.
